Conducts Of Guests
The rules for Check-in and Check-Out are set by us. All properties are usually available for occupation after 2 pm on the day of Arrival. All properties must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure. if there’s any delay in vacating the property beyond the agreed time, A full day’s rental will be charged to you.
All accommodations must only be used for private/residential use only. The maximum number of Guests allowed is 4.
Pets are not allowed in the Apartments. Any pets found inside the property will result in a termination of your booking without refund.
Smoking is not allowed within the property. If there is any Evidence of such, you will be charged a fee to cover the cleaning of curtains and replace items with cigarette burns.
In the event that a guest damages an item, multiple items or damage the property, A caution fee will be incurred and payment must be made before departure.
Guests acknowledge that they are responsible for taking all necessary safety precautions for themselves and their guests.
Bash Luxury Apartments will not be liable for any accidents causing deaths, sickness or bodily harm howsoever caused. Bash Luxury Apartments also deny any liability or claims in the events of incidents occurring whilst occupants is under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs. The limitation of liability for any claim against us is limited to the total amount of rental paid to us by the guest.
